Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Punjabi Bite, every meal is made fresh to order with care and attention. Because we prepare all food items individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been prepared or picked up. However, we want every customer to leave happy — and we stand behind the quality of our food.

1. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once your order is confirmed and preparation has started, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

The wrong item was provided

An item was missing from your order

There was a clear issue with the food quality (e.g., spoiled, burnt, or unsafe to eat)

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after reviewing the situation. You must report the issue within 24 hours of your pickup or purchase.

3. No Refunds for:

Change of mind or taste preference

Delayed pickup beyond the promised time window

Items that have been consumed or altered after pickup

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

5. Payment Refunds

If approved, refunds for card payments will be processed through Clover and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer (typically 3–5 business days).
